Caution:

I purchased this for my golf sim. I play 11.3 and found this hitting mat to be brutal.

It punishes you if you don’t strike it well, which has caused big misreads from my launch monitor. Has taken the fun out of using the sim for some of friends who play off higher handicaps.

It states it can hold tees but it struggles and often isn’t sturdy enough to stay up or hold the ball without it falling off. Castle tees work but not everyone wants to use these.

If using it to stand on too it is too soft and spongey, even with golf shoes on you tend to struggle with slipping and feet movement.

This isn’t to say not to buy it as it is good quality, just be aware of what kind of golfer you are.

I would personally use this as a hitting strip and to improve my ball striking but not for an around hitting mat that is forgiving which is easy and fun to use for golf simulation.
